I recently bought an Asus sabertooth z87 motherboard and an i5 4670k.

I have 4 hard drive storage locations. I have a 3TB that stores all my anime, 2tb that stores all my movies, a 2tb that stores all my games, and a 1TB that the computer boots up from.

1. How do I configure the 1TB so that it can be compatible with the motherboard?
2. Do I have to update the Bios of the motherboard?
3. Do I have to configure my other storages as well, or can I just leave them be?

1. How do I configure the 1TB so that it can be compatible with the motherboard?
- no need to do anything on your hdd, but you may have to do something to hard drive where system files and drivers installed. uninstall existing drivers and install the drivers for the new board. If you are using OEM Win 7, it is tied to your motherboard. you have to contact Microsoft to re-initiate product key.

2. Do I have to update the Bios of the motherboard?
- Yes, if you are planning to overclock your i5-4670k.

3. Do I have to configure my other storage as well, or can I just leave them be?
- you can leave it like that with its own drive (letter), or you may setup a Raid - back up your files before doing Raid.

Sorry, your #2 is incorrect. Z87 chipsets natively support all Haswell CPUs, including the 4670K. If you have a 4690K, you'll need a BIOS update.
I don't think OP needs RAID as he/she said all the drives are used for something and I don't think he/she would like to agglomerate two categories into one drive.

It's a good practice to update bios before doing any over-clocking..

And I never said he wanted to RAID, I said " ....you can leave it like that with its own drive (letter) or he may.... "

Anyway glad OP issue was solved. :)

It's good practice, I agree, but it's NOT necessary. OP's computer won't BSOD because he/she doesn't have the latest BIOS.
