Lost internet connection

Samsung smart tv will no longer connect to internet. Two changes have occurred since we had connection. New router and modem installed by tech we hired. Upgraded directv to new "genie". Where should I start in trying to solve issue. I am not tech savie. Help?

on the router flip it over see if the tech left the ssid and password on the bottom of the unit. if he did go into the tv set up make sure it connecting to the right ssid and password.

The tech that changed the modem. If the TV is wireless and was wireless before, someone will have to reconfigure the wireless on the modem
