Hi! I'm choosing between the Powercolor Radeon HD 7850 and Palit GTX 660 OC, which one is better?

And will an Antec VP450P PSU be enough for either?

Other info:

CPU: Intel i3 2120 @ 3.3Ghz
MoBo: Acer Veriton M290
RAM: DDR3 8GB (2x4GB)

More about : 7850 gtx 660

HTX660OC is more powerful
Your PSU is not recommendable for both.
You must have at least 500-550W for any of them.
It does not mean that you can not run them but you will push your PSU to near 100% (perhaps a bit more) all the time if you use the PSU with such GPU during games. Your PSU and your system could fall not long after.

How about an EVGA 500B 500W then? Will it be good enough? Or you could suggest one if you want. :)

If you want to upgrade the PSU, I would recommend getting 550W to add some more room although 500W should be already enough.
As for the brand, I usually take the cheapest from Antec, Seasonic or XFX.
eVGA is also ok tho' and 500W should be ok.

^Thank you! :)  I still don't know whether to get the 7850 or the GTX 660, but I know now what to buy for the PSU. :)
