As per the title, whenever I choose to enable the paging file option in Advanced System Settings, I get an FPS drop in League of Legend; but when I turn it off, I don't get to multitask e.g. I start Minecraft and Chrome at the same time, and Windows tells me that I have insufficient memory and asks me to close some programs.

Help please! Thank you!

How much RAM do you have? Need to know system specs including the hard drive that you are using.

well, before (i think it was winxp), the usual suggestion was 1.5x your ram. not sure with win7 though, maybe you could do a quick google for that. or maybe set 5gb or something, see what happens

Do not mix RAM sticks. Remove the 2GB stick and see if that helps.

I'm using Windows 8.1. I've tried to put my RAM amount as Initial and double of it as Maximum., but that didn't help.

Gonna try it, it seems to be the most possible reason so far. Thanks!

Tried removing the 1 2GB RAM stick, but it's not helping. :(
