Hi, since this is my first time using this forum I do apologize if my topic has ended up in the wrong section, I found it a bit tricky to place my question.

I received a computer which seems to be from asia looking at the charger (it was bought in Kenya).
The laptop model according to the systeminfo in the prompt claims that its an "Asus X551CAP" im assuming this is a X551CA as I cant find the CAP model online. The CA model should come with a webcam, and the hole for the webcam is there, but there is no webcam in it...

Now to the numbers:
Original install date: 26-AUG-14
System Boot time: 29-SEP-14

Though when I go to the programs and features menu, I can see the programs have been installed the 26-APR-13 and 30-SEP-13 (the drivers).

Now my question is, how does this make sense? Could it be a wrong adjusting of the date when installing programs? I have no clue on what to think about this laptop, it seems fishy!
Though at the same time, the laptop looks brand new on the outside anyway (i did not open it due to warranty).

Thank you for your time. Hope anyone can make some sense out of this and maybe give me a method to validate this computer somehow.
