In terms of Watts, your PSU is more than sufficient. Good Luck.

Your 700W PSU will cover this GPU. By the way in this price range you can easily get GTX 970. Why are even considering this expensive GPU?

in my country r9 280x toxic costs 360 USD while gtx 970 costs 460 USD , 970 is $100 costlier.
I can consider gtx 970 if it has better performance per dollar.
The big problem is my cpu which is fx 6300 which will bottleneck gtx 970

PSU is ok if not overclocking. Fx will run adequately with 970 but bottleneck can't be overlooked here. Better consider next upgrade in Intel.
