I know there is heaps of threads on here regarding this but it has if anything just confused me.

I have one gtx 750 ti and wondering if i add another will i be able to run triple 1440p displays in surround on a game like Asetto Corsa across all three displays? if not what would you recommend?

Thanks in advance !

GTX 750 Ti is not SLI capable, you can't add a second one for SLI. And you won't be even able to play on lowest settings ANY modern game on tri 1440p monitors.

You cannot SLI GTX 750 ti. Even if you could 3x1440p , gtx 750 ti cannot handle that resolution.
You need atleast GTX 770 for 3x1440p modern games.
If you want to run modern games smoothly at 3x1440p you would need 3xGTX 970 (which is the cheapest solution)

Thanks so much for the reply, as you can see I have NFI what im talking about but really keen to get this setup. hoping to keep under the 1500 mark but doesnt seem possible :(  I have atm Intel core i7 870 @ 2.93 GHz and 16mb 1600 RAM

if I purchase 2 x 970 would i need more than 650W power supply? and will the CPU be OK?

thanks again I really appreciate all the input. So far from what your saying I am looking at the following:

3 x BenQ BL2710PT for $399 AUD each (im from aus) I decided on these over Qnix, unless someone would like to sway me back any feedback would be appreciated !!
2 x Gtx 970 for $419 each AUD

thats like 2k :(  I might wait hope for some christmas sales I guess :D

You'd need a 750W PSU for SLI 970s, and yes the CPU is fine. The monitors you selected are good, and SLI 970 should be the least to go with tri 1440p setup. But why not get 3 FHDs instead? Would give you better FPS, besides costing less.

I just really want the higher res :D  watched heaps of videos and it just looks so good. I dont mind if the games arent maxxed on super ultra i will adjust to get decent FPS but want it running at that res triple screen Asetto Corsa with my racing seat :D

Fair enough, GTX 970 SLI should contain it fine on medium-high.

Meteors right. 2 GTX 970 can do it but dont expect Ultra and 60 fps.Medium-High settings and between 30-60fps.
