i have a wd blue internal 500gb harddrive which was installed in myt laptop. once i dropped my laptop and harddisk gone undetected.then i bought a external casing and it started to work but after a while it stopped again. whenever i plug it in the laptop with external casing there is spin in harddisk but no detection. and there also slow sound like tick tick in it...

plz help me

Sounds dead, I hope you had that data backed up. If you didnt you might be able to get the data recovered by a pro for a hefty fee (If the data is worth it)

I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with your WD Blue drive. :( 
When you dropped your laptop, the fall most probably damaged the drive. If you can access the data at least once again, you need to back it up.
If you can't get your hands on the files anymore but they are pretty valuable and essential for you, I suggest you contact a data recovery company: http://support.wdc.com/recovery/index.asp
