Actually I want to use my LED TV( Full HD resolution) to watch movies.

Currently I am using a D-Sub port on it because my motherboard do not have other video output ports like HDMI. So, I decided to buy a graphic card to get an HDMI output for it.

My question is which graphic card should I buy to watch 1080p HD movies at 1920x1080 resolution and refresh rate of 60Hz.

I don't want to compromise on video quality at all. Also, I would be using my native monitor also of resolution 1600x900 simultaneously with the tv.
I will be configuring dual monitor( monitor as primary and tv as secondary).

Please suggest me a graphic card this purpose. Also tell me if nvidia geforce gt210 will fullfill my requirement or i have to look for a more capable card.

Any GPU currently available with the required ports will suffice, you basically need a device where you can hook up the cables of both monitors. I'm certain GT 210 can suffice for your needs technically, so you should be good. You don't need any graphics power so as long as the GPU has required ports, you're good :)
