Well why ask for help? What AV do you have?
because i need help and other forums havent found fixes for this
and i said i dont think it will help for a reason which was because on them forums they never mentioned about av
and i just installed malwarebytes and im using it now
i havent installed any other av YET
and ive finished the scan, nothing was found.

It could be a driver issue.
Are you logged in to your PC as administrator?
Do complete uninstall of existing Nvidia drivers with this

And then install the latest drivers from Nvidia
