Overclock i5 4690?

I wondered if I could Overclock it? I want to oc it to about 4.0 ghz. Would that be possible, if it was would I have to buy another cooler than the stock cooler (maybe water or CM Evo).

No you cannot. Only K-series Intel CPUs including Pentium-K (G3258) has unlocked multiplier and can be overclock. But i5-4690 has turbo boost from 3.5GHz to 3.9GHz.
