HP touchsmart 15 - Bluetooth and WI-FI stopped working

I tried contacting HP they sent a replacement wireless card which should be on it's way we went through all the trouble shooting steps but it seems to be that the wireless and the bluetooth is not working now. This might be a software or a glitch.
