I would like if this tablet has lockable apps, but also google play and another store. I would like fast, No 4g 3g stuff, only wifi and or bluetooth. I would also like it so it doesnt email anyone. I would also like a tablet that can fit in my pocket, with a strong build. If possible I would like a 16-32 memory/ storage, because I also plan to add lots of music and maybe a couple games. also if the tablet has google play is there any way to get MC5 for free? (I would also like if you can add music from I tunes on a mac, not sure if it works) Thanks in advance

It doesn't email anyone is difficult because most email services are online now. You would probably have to get an app for education to lock certain features/apps, and also possibly make the school's wifi go through a proxy to ban certain websites. I guess you already do though.
I'm not sure what you mean by mc5. Do you mean you want to get the rock band's music for free? There are many music downloader apps, search for them in google play. Although of course I have to say that the band would get no money for it and it's immoral so maybe consider getting the music for money again.

You should be able to take the music from iTunes on a mac for any android device. Just find your iTunes folder and copy and paste the mp3 into the device when you plug it into the computer. I don't however use mac so it might be intentionally difficult for anything except iPad.

Looking at the prices and such, I would say consider the kindle fire HD 7" model.
It has a small size, looks like a pretty tough build, If you give it a case it might survive quite a few drops.
The battery life is quoted as
"8 hours mixed use
9 hours when reading"
It might be shorter in practise - this comes from the company itself so probably is the best possible estimate, but it's still pretty good.
I'm afraid locking apps might not come straight away but i'm sure there are quite a few apps on google play for it.
