Performance wise its good, but it could be better. 8/10
Cost wise its pretty overpriced for what you are getting. It could be ALOT more cost effective. 5/10

Overall 6.5/10.

H80i is overpriced and underperformer, trust me, I own one. :D
You can almost get 2 GTX970s, which would be MUCH better for the price of a single GTX980.
1000W PSU is complete and utter overkill. 750W would be enough for 2 GTX980s.
Western Digital black is a complete waste of money. A standard 7200RPM drive is sufficient.
16GB of RAM is generally overkill for MOST people.

If you want me to balance the build out a lot and save you a lot of cost, tell me you are budget and where you are purchasing.

Change to an Evga 750w B2, change the HDD to a 1tb blue or a seagate 1tb, change cooler to a NZXT HAVIK 140, (if planning to seriously attempt to overclock, otherwise a coolermaster hyper 212 is fine), change the motherboard to a Gigabyte Z97x gaming 5, drop the GTX 980, use savings for 2x GTX 970 in crossfire. :D
