I need to see your current system specs to determine what to upgrade :)

With that budget not much to upgrade to. FX6300 or FX8320 with a good 970 chipset board http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/699?vs=75

Your RIG can actually handle BF4

Running at 1080p (Turned off Motion Blur and Blur when aiming with Weapon)
â–ºLOW Settings: FPS AVG = 68 Gameplay captured on LOW only.
â–ºMEDIUM Settings: FPS AVG = 55
â–ºHIGH Settings: FPS AVG = 44
â–ºULTRA Settings: FPS AVG = 29

Use the following tools to help minimize lag.

1. Using Realmwares' BF4 Settings Editor (Link Below), you can set the resolution and other settings. If your BF4 game crashes or does not launch, reset it with this tool.

2. Run the Game in 32-Bit mode. (1) In Origin, in your "My Games" Tab right-click Battlefield 4. (2) Choose "Game Properties..." (3) Click below "When launching this Game" and select Batllefield 4 (x86) (4) Click apply and start the game

3. Look at my 'FIX' videos on BF4: (1) DirectX, (2) Regedit.

Cheapest I could go for quality parts. I got you RAM, CPU, and MOBO for 298 USD. The CPU I got is a bit higher than my I3 4150 and I get smooth frames with it, so you should do better than me in terms of performance :p .

I got you a great board and a CAS 9 1600 MHZ 2x4GB kit of ram :p
