I would go for the graphics card. The RAM will not help so much in games.

The graphics card will :)

For that price you could get an AMD 7770 card.

What power supply do you have?

The GPU requires 188-200w at full load. You should be okay with this.

I tried to google your power supply, but couldn't find it. If you have a link to the product info that may be helpful.

If you can hold out for a little bit until you have some more cash, you can look at the 7770GHZ cards. I listed one below, but it is refurbished. New ones go for around $100 USD.

Take a look at these:

Refurbished 7770 GHZ
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It only uses up to 150w.

Or
New 7750
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
System Requirements Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.

I personally prefer Sapphire cards. I have had a few. I'd go with Sapphire whenever the option is available.

According to the mother board specs it will work. Do you have a microtower case or a small-form factor (narrow)?

Do you have a link to your PSU?
