So after a while my rig is complete.I decided to upgrade my old Dell Optiplex 990 as it had potential.
Core i5 2400 Upto 3.4Ghz
8Gb ddr3 1333Mhz(4sticks , 2 different kits)
GTX 750 ti Oced to 1310Mhz and 6300Mhz Effective Memory
7200Rpm HDD

So today my dad brought me "latest" Sony tv (32r422b) which seems to have 1366x768Pixels but supports 1080p/60Hz.
I want to play next Gen games on like 720p or 1080p Medium. But i believe there is no reason for 1080p as pixels are 720p?

And as i went with Inno3d GTX 750 ti i am starting to think that how much better would it be if i went with r9 265.

Solution
So no need to run 1080p on 720p tv? I heard it would be super sampling or less jagged edges. Anyways at 720p my pc would run next gen games? and till now from Ryse Son of rome, Dead Rising 3, Shadow of mordor, and watch dogs and wolfenstien , battlefield e.t.c. These games give me better fps/settings than ps4 aswell. Like in Watch Dogs i get 1080p/High Preset/FXAA/40+fps.
Dead Rising 3 1080p High 30fps.
Shadow Of Mordor 1080p/Very High Preset/47avg and 35 minimum.
So my pc is strong than ps4 but in later games like in 2015 will my pc still be stronger than ps4?
The support for 1080p is just as an input, meaning if you connect something that is running at 1080p (say a bluray player), the TV will display it, but will actually only display 768 lines

You you want to set the resolution to the native resolution of the TV.

You can't really compare console to PC games and speeds. PC games are made to scale to the hardware, console are really made to run on a specific box with a preset FPS. If you don't change your computer, the PS4 won't chage, so in 2015 they will have exact same difference. It's likely that you may need to fiddle with settings to match smooth game play on future games but that is all guessing.

Correct.
Also if developers optimize games for pc , my pc will give better results but soon nvidia/developers wont support old hardware so we buy new one.
But thats when time comes. I think i should not worry as this will last 2015-end/2016-beggining. And then i will upgrade this pc especially the graphics card.
