I just now know that a don't necessarily need a OS, since I have a product key and can use that for a new build. Here is 600$ In components, will everything work nicely and is there any improvements needed to be made? Thanks! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xbMMyc

Ram should be bought in pairs so it runs in Dual Channel mode.

Where is the key from , a previous build?

That's an OEM license , cant be used on a new build it's tied to the original motherboard.

He needs an OS because he was going to use one from a pre-built , the build looks great.
