Hey guys,
I am a gamer and I have a computer with the following specs:

Motherboard: Asus p8p67
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470
ram: 4 gb ddr3
gpu: Radeon hd 5670
Psu: HEC 350w

and i have limited budget so i was thinking of changing the current gpu (hd5670) and upgrade to (GTX 750ti)
, so my questions are:

1- will it be compatibale with the motherboard?
2- is my psu (HEC 350w) enough for it?
3- will it be a worthy upgrade?
4- do u guys have any other suggestions?

The PSU is fine, because HD 5670 is 64W card and GTX 750 Ti is just 60W, so the PSU is indeed fine, feel free to upgrade.

i live in Egypt so prices are kinda different, but i have around 150$ "which are not enough for a new PSU and GPU"
and may i ask, my current gpu is running good with this psu, so why not the 750ti?

i would recommend you grab a r9 270 for the price of the 750 ti and get a much better performance

Gtx 750ti is the sweetest upgrade, be sure to buy the one made by Evga OC edition because is the best model and it has a display port and support for the upcoming G-Sync from Nvidia. Good luck.
