Both are by Gigabyte (click specifications in link)
We got the GIGABYTE GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125684&cm_re=gtx_970_gigabyte-_-14-125-684-_-Product
And the GIGABYTE GV-N970WF3OC-4GD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125685
I can see that the first one has higher clocks, but the second one got "OC" in it's name, so I thought that would be the one with the higher clocks, is there any difference at all other than the first one being faster?
