Hello nice community, i am building my gaming pc, before this i had amd, now im going on Intel 4790k because i just heard is a beast, with 8 gb 1600 mhz rams and my old video card Gigabyte Radeon r9 270x 2gb oc windforce x3, now, my question is, should i change my video card too? to an nvidia ? or should i stay to this ? or should i get the same R9 270x but with 4 gb of video ram? or should i get the Nvidia GeForce 760 OC windforce x3 4 gb of video ram with 256 bit? help me make the right decision here, please, untill now my actual card, R9 270x 2gb oc never let me down, instead, this card surprised me with its power.. but.. will this card be able to run the next two years? or should i change? thanks for this great community.. :)

EDIT: I just saw another card, is a bit expensive but.. Asus Radeon R9 280X OC DIRECTCU II 3 gb of video ram? and 384 bits? hmm hard to decide..

It will be fine for now. You can always switch it out later when performance on new titles starts to slip.

General rule of thumb is to not spend more on CPU then GPU.

For most gamers, a cheaper i5-4690K will be just as good as a i7-4790K and be $100 cheaper.
If the $100 difference is of little concern to you, go aheas and buy the 4790K.
You will get a better binned chip that runs at 4.0/4.4 turbo at stock.

My suggestion is to build with the cpu change first and use your R9-270 card.
See how you do.
If you perform to satisfaction, fine. If not, market your 270 in favor of a much stronger card.
I would not try to use dual lower tier graphics cards when a single strong card will do the job.
You will want a significant jump n graphics power or you may be disappointed.
I think a GTX970 will be about rught.
As to vram, that should not be an issue.
