i am going to buy a low end graphic card as i can't buy much than this price
can anyone tell me which is Better From This

Between those two cards the GT 640 would be superior.

Here's an alternative, the GT 730 GDDR5 version which is said to be a little quicker than the GT 640 (I'm not sure if that's true since the only review I've seen of it doesn't show it performing too well) but is definitely quicker than the r7 240.

First off out of those cards I would go with the ZOTAC... If you were looking for a low end card try: the Nvidia GTX 650.... It is a much better card and clocks in at about $99 which is awesome.. It is also cheaper than the Zotac
