About a month ago, my computer could run 720p youtube videos no problem at all. Now, since a week or two ago, whenever I watch 720p videos, there's momentary jumping, or screen tearing. Jumping as in, video freezes for a second, audio still goes, then video jumps to where the audio is. It wouldn't be a problem if this was like every 5 minutes, but I looked at it, and it's average every 2.3 seconds. It's really annoying and I hope someone can give me a fix. P.S. Here's my stats
Internet: Centurylink 10MbS
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz

Ask if you need any more information, I'll gladly give it.
