My mother board (mobo) is Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V F3. I have 2*2 gb corsair xms3 ram. When i put these into the mobo and try to boot, it makes beeping noise and doesnt boot. But when i use one 2gb corsair stick and another nameless chinese stick (2 gb), my machine works fine. Can anyone help please?
My system is windows 7 ultimate (64 bit), core i3 540@3.07 GHz.
Following are the mobo and corsair specific link:

Have you read the manual to make sure your putting the ram sticks in the right slots? have you tried swapping out ram sticks on at a time to see if you have a bad stick? Download memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ to test the sticks to see if they are alright?
