Over the weekend, I built a work PC. The only thing the PC is going to be used for is Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.

Upon first boot, the PC would not boot into the BIOS nor would it send a signal to my monitor. The fans attached to the motherboard would spin, but no beeps were heard during this process. I have planned on using the onboard video outputs with the HD Radeon graphics through the CPU.

After several hours, I unplugged the reset switch front panel connector and the PC worked fine. If I plug the reset switch back into the jfp1 slot, it begins messing up again. Any thoughts on this?

Motherboard - MSI A55M-E33

OS - Windows 8.1
Case - Logisys CS369BK
PSU - 480W PSU (Came pre-mounted in case)

I think this is the case problem, the case reset button is dead,if you have other case maybe you should try.
