Well,
I'm running windows 7 and one day I was just using Microsoft office word 2007 and suddenly a blue screen appeared with alot of white writing and bar like increasing in size at the bottom after it reached the 100% the computer restarted. I got worried and used system restore like to almost a month back. since then I've always felt something isn't right at all! my ram is always spiked up to 60 or 70 percent. My ram is 3gb and no programs are running except for kaspersky in the background but its only using 1000Kb. The fan noise is always running and kinda loud and when I open a program like word or firefox it become louder and my ram spikes to 80%. my cpu is always like 20% and lower.
Please help me

UPDATE:Now my ram is stable at 50% and my cpu is redlining at 70%
Does anyone know any solution to this

I would backup my important files and do a factory restore which will erase the harddrive and reload it to the same as the day you took it out of the box.

You might be able to use a free program called Advanced System Care 7 to fix whatever problem is causing this.

Here is a link to the download: http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare/3000-2086_...

Click the button with arrow pointing down into a semi-circle so you don't have to install their downloader program.

A factory reset would erase everything on the computer, NOT including what was on it before it came out of the factory sealed box. So, Windows will still be on it, and so will all of the software Toshiba put on it. Just nothing you did to it since you opened the box will be there. It will be as close to brand new as you can get it.
