I built a computer 4 months ago and it has been working fine for that period, but it started randomly resetting yesterday and gradually started resetting faster. The computer will turn off then turn back on and I tried to looked at the events that were occurring but couldn't find any errors that helped me figure out the problem. Now the computer wont even start windows or the bios menu and just keeps resetting 1-3 seconds. I waited overnight before I tried turning it on again but it still is resetting 1-3 seconds when i try to turn it on, making me think its not an overheating issue. Since the computer keeps resetting so fast I think that it is probably a hardware issue not a software issue. If anyone could give me advice to try to trouble shooting this issue. My computer build is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4820k 3.7 GHz quad-core
CPU cooler: Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 ATX LGA2011
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256 GB 2.5" SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200 RPM
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Dual Superclocked ACX
Case: Cooler Master HAF X ATX Full Tower
Power Supply: SeaSonic 850W ATX 12V / EPS12V

Solution
If it is overheating the first thing I would say it gently and carefully try to remove dust from inside the system. Also make sure to push parts together incase they just settled a little inside the system. If that wont work then try raising it off the floor so the power supply doesn't overheat in case it is that.
