I recently purchased an AMD Radeon R9 290x Graphics card and installed it into my computer. After i installed it, I already had a whole bunch of crap on my computer so i decided to do a full system restore (just the files and stuff, not the drivers), after all of this, I installed the drivers for the card, and everything seemed to work pretty well. I then shut down my computer. When I started it back up, it took forever to start, and it stayed on the ASRock motherboard screen for about 2 minutes. I have windows 8.1 64 bit and i'm not sure what I need to do to make this better, and if this takes a full system restore i am OK with that, I just want it to be fixed and at optimal speeds.
