Hi, I am planning a build for this Christmas. I wanted to check my parts here, and make sure everything would work smoothly. One note is that the case has already been purchased, and I would like know some additional things that would help with the build as well(like tools).

This is the component list. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QGvDmG

This build would be better:

I'll explain:
The motherboard has Wi-Fi, so it's pretty good
The CPU has more cache and is Hyper-Threaded, so it has 8 threads
The RAM performs better while being cheaper
6 GB more SSD for 20 bucks less? Why not!
The Strix wasn't available, so the EVGA 970 SC ACX 2.0 does the job very well
You aren't going anywhere with a 650 watt PSU. Either you SLI or you don't. My build doesn't allow for SLI, but if you do, this PSU would be the one I'd recommend:

The OS is NOT OEM, so Microsoft will actually HELP you if you have a problem and it's transferable from motherboard to motherboard (if I'm correct)
