Building new PC for games, is that good? (price 1250$ or less)

Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 3
Memory: Gskill TridentX 8GB (2x4GB) 2400Mhz Cl10
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB
Grafic card:MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Case: Zalman Z3Plus
Power Supply: XFX XTR 550W
Optical Drive: from old computer
Monitor: Have FullHD
Cooling: have Noctua NH-D14 (should be ok)

Im not sure for prices (im from Poland) just want be sure if that is right setup. Or should i change sth becouse it isnt best choice. I tried choose best components to get good computer for games and dont spend to much money.

You are right, that is procesor i want just forget write that "k" on the end. And i want SSD i like when my windows 7 is fast :). I have on my old computer 60GB one and im very happy that i have it. So in my new one have to be SSD. I hope everyone would understand me, i know my english isnt best :(.
