Bassically my current specs are as follows:

XFX 6950
i7 2700K@3.9Ghz
8gb Ram

I cant remember the exact motherboard i have or power supply or cooler, i think the cooler is a hybrid water cooler.

I am looking to upgrade and hopefully will be getting a job soon, so money isn't necessarily a big issue as long as i save up.

Will the parts below be good for the next two years at least; in terms of 60fps at least at mostly ultra?

I am familliar with graphic cards and processors but not motherboards so please feel free to help me out.

Also is it worth getting the 980 or 970 gigabyte edition as i wouldn't like to upgrade again for some time.

Id rather spend more money on a graphics card than a motherboard or processor but willing to if needs be; is this over the top in terms of pricing?

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

I also think my Power supply is substantial but not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Games looking to run:

AC Unity
Shadow Of Mordor
Currently run ISolation at 60fps at ultra but think its due to optimization.
Any future titles like Arkham Knight

it wont be able to play 60fps in Ultra settings at all in 2 years. You cant even play it right now!

Use the GTX 970 or something more powerful and cheap instead. http://adf.ly/spvnD This link is to a great graphics card (I used adfly no hacks). Its a gigabyte one and its the most great looking and the best perfomance card for the money.
U can change the cpu to the i5 http://adf.ly/spvsr or the i5 4690k http://adf.ly/spvvN you choose. The i5 4690 is what I recommend, good for the price and then u dont have to spend to much money on the mobo. http://adf.ly/spvzO heres the gigabyte one its great!!!
