Looking to play some MMORPGs (WoW, FFXIV) and maybe some FPS (COD, BF4). MMORPGs I would like to be able to play on good/ultra settings. FPS would like to get ~60fps @ 1080p. Please let me know if my build is adequate, or if I'm even able to achieve these goals? My budget is $600. No OS needed. No display needed. Wifi needed, unable to use ethernet cable.

EDIT: I know the 64gb SSD is pretty small. I have another 128gb SSD at home I'm going to install for the time being. I'll add more space when I need it. I want it to be purely SSD though, I enjoy the speed.

Also a note, when you want to show your build from PCPartPicker.. On the Export option, choose BBCode format instead of Markdown. It's much easier to read :)

I would switch that PSU for the 550 watt XFX one, better quality unit.

Also take that extra money and buy a better GPU, you should be able to find a GTX770 or R9 280X. Those should max just about everything at 1080P, but you won't be getting 60FPS, most likely 40-50 on average. Check some benchmarks to see where each card falls performance wise, it will also help to OC your CPU.

I would go with this instead. You get an upgrade path and better performance, out of the box. The FX 6300 has to be overclocked to beat an i3 4130. Also, I know, as I am a WoW player, that WoW does not do as well with AMD vs Intel. WoW you will be able to play on good to high with this. I also squeezed in a better capacity SSD. You had Mail in Rebates turned on. Your build was actually $572.89.

Thanks for the reconfig and the insight, I appreciate it. Couple of questions for you:

I found the i3-4160 for $119, no rebate. Worth the extra $10 to jump up?
Secondly, I'm normally very opposed to MIRs, but the R9 280 for $156 after the promo + rebate seems like it's worth it. I'm still a newbie obviously, but from what I can tell the 280 is jumping up a performance tier. I'm willing to go a little over budget up front to get a higher tier of performance, if I am correct in my thinking. With those two changes it makes the build $633 (that EVGA 500W 80+ is showing at 48 w/ MIR to take it down to $33.)

After those two MIRs it comes down to ~ $569. Am I right in thinking that both of these upgrades are noticable? The CPU is only a $10 difference so I'm not expecting major performance jumps for that cheap, but the graphics card I would think would be a pretty decent improvement?

Going with the 4160 and the 280 would be ok. 200mhz for only $10 isn't a bad thing at all and that is definitely a better GPU.
