Hi. My computer randomly restarts when playing games, I have no idea why :(

What I've tried:

I've tried memtest, found a dodgy RAM stick and got rid of it, everything else came up fine
Changed thermal paste on the processor
Checked all my drivers, they're all up to date
Added another fan to my system, temps never go over 60c
I don't overclock, never have

My system, running Windows 7 64 bit:
PSU - Corsair HX 750
RAM - 8 Gig Corsair Vengeance
Graphics card - Palit GeForce GTX 660Ti
Processor - AMD FX 6100 (6 core)

I've had this problem for ages now, I gave up on it and merely accepted the fact after a while. What brought me back was the fear of damaging my system even more by not doing anything. Recently the problem's become more frequent :/  I do get a notification from Windows saying that the computer has blue screened, and I can view this and that file to help identify the issue, but I can't even open these 'minidump' files to look

Download MSI afterburner and lower the GPU core clock and memory clock by 100 mhz and see if that solves the problem if not then keep doing it until you find the sweet spot.

I'm assuming afterburner is an overclocking program, though I've already got Thunder Master. As for your suggestion, I noticed something, my core clock is set at 1006 mhz, and my current clock frequently goes over it almost instantly, and I was also wrong about my temps. Seems my CPU is going 70+

I don't know computers in the slightest, but wouldn't it make sense to raise my clock to match what it's going up to?

70+ is hot for a CPU but not unsafe.

lower your base and memory clock speed as i told you and see if the problem is fixed or delayed.
