So, I have tried pretty much everything I can think of to get my port forwarding working. My ISP is Comcast.

I have tried created static ip addresses, enabling UPnP (Temporarily), disabled windows firewall, made windows firewall exceptions, unblocking inbound and outbound connections via windows firewall, and have been searching just about every guide I can think of on the planet. The only thing I can think of is that when I use cmd and type netstat -a, it doesn't show that my computer is listening on a given port that I'm trying to forward, even with the program running that's trying to host using that port. Because this is mostly for gaming, I've used examples such as Minecraft (Port 25565), AI Wars: Fleet Command (32320), Kerbal Space Program (Granted multiplayer is a mod, it's port# 6702), and none of them have worked. Even if I try forwarding a different port, and telling the software to use the new port, none of them work, and the cmd command I mentioned earlier doesn't show my computer listening on the said ports.

The only things I can imagine is causing a problem is something I've used to circumvent the port forwarding challenges I've had called "Evolve". It's a gaming connection that somehow, through black magic, makes my computer think my friends and I are on a local network (I think, I don't know, it just works!). However, using evolve creates additional latency, and is just a general pain to mess around with. I have also moved. But this issue developed long before I moved. (one or two months before).

canyouseeme can't find me, and none of my servers or applications can accept any inbound connections. However, the portforward.com utility says that my connection is indeed open.

So, All in all, I am extremely confused here. Anybody have any ideas?
