And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I am starting Sharepoint 13 as an IT pro and would like to practice at home on my own time. It runs quite slowly on my laptop, so I am considering a new build for it, and would greatly appreciate advice on parts - is it even doable with my budget?
