Recommend me GPU

Hi, this is my configuration:

GA-P35-DS3P
Intel Xeon E5450 CPU@3.0GHz
HDD 650gb
GeIL Evo One 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066
Sapphire HD3870 512mb GDDR4
Corsair VX450 450W
Resolution: 1680x1050

Can you recommend me new graphic card for this configuration, so i can play latest games in max settings.

Since you have a 450w power supply maybe a GTX 750 Ti.

I want to buy used GPU, my budget is 150€ (or 190$ in current rates) I considered this cards: r9 270, r9 270x, 7950

FYI:
Buying used could be bad. You will not get a warranty with a used GPU.

I don't know what country you're in but have you checked this card out? it is a new 280x.

From what i read on internet this power supply can push 200W Max TDP graphic card (correct me if i'm wrong) Im from Serbia btw, new 280x is around 355$ here

If you can't afford a better power supply the GTX 750 Ti is about as good as you can do with that PS.

I think my psu wolud be enough, it has single rail design can pump out 33A/396W of +12v power. Here is review:

That being said, i want graphic card that wont be overkill for my CPU. I considered 7950 or 270x. What do you guys think?
btw that xeon is equivalent to a 3.0 GHz Core 2 Quad Q9650
