Hi Guys,

After figuring out my graphics card is fried I've had to remove it as it caused my PC to freeze on the BIOS screen.

I couldn't boot to windows after, only safe mode so I removed my graphics driver through Control Panel> Programs and Features then uninstalled all Nvidia related programs.

After a reset I still have the same problem, I see bios screen but when windows is about to start I get a ''no signal'' message from my TV then I have to reset and boot into safe mode.

I'm pretty sure this a driver issue but I have no idea how to go about sorting this out. I've tried downloading Driver Sweeper but it was just a folder that when I extracted had no .exe to start using it.

Any advice would be great, my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.

Download and run DDU from Safe Mode.

This will clean out all NVIDIA drivers.

Beware- when I did this for my 7970 it also removed some USB drivers. Some peripherals wouldn't work. Check the device manager to make sure there aren't any problems.

Thanks for your reply cowboydude. I've given DDU a try, it was the original sweeper I downloaded and I managed to get the program to run shortly after my post. I still get the same symptoms after running it in safe mode and restarting my PC.

I will try it again with a few other options ticked and post the results.

Here is the log before I run the program again:

DDU Version:13.4.0.0
GPU # 0000 Detected : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST
GPU DeviceId : pci\ven_10de&dev_11c2
Vbios : Version 80.6.59.0.10
Detected Driver(s) Version(s) : 9.18.13.4411
INF : oem27.inf
INF Section : Section035

GPU # 0001 Detected : AMD 760G (Microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.1)

Detected Driver(s) Version(s) : 8.56.1.16

Seems to say it is detecting my old graphics card which has been uninstalled, I have a feeling something has been left behind when I uninstalled the drivers.

The log in DDU no longer has any Nvidia devices or drivers listed but my PC still won't get past the green bar before my TV says ''no signal detected''. I can still get into windows safe mode with networking.

I would try and reinstall new drivers off the asus website but it requires another program to download them which I can't use in safe mode.

Any advice is appreciated, here is the log from DDU again:
