Is this a good gaming setup for ultra setting gaming and more?

My Rig:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
GPU: MSI GTX 770 4gb Twin Frozr
PSU: 650W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb (16GB)

I'd definitely recommend you getting the GTX 970 over that 770.. Better performance and less power consumption.
