I was thinking if I get another Noctua NF A15 PWM fan to my Noctua NH-U14s will it get better cooling and a slight better performance? It's a stock i5 3570k on a Gigabyte GA z77x UD3H.
The thermal paste I'm using is the ARCTIC MX-4.

At stock clocks the CPU temp at idle won't be any different between the 1 fan or two fan setup.

At stock clocks, when the CPU is running at full load, the 2 fan setup will run about 2°C cooler than the 1 fan setup.

Yes, 2 fans will outperform one ..... Tho the Phanteks outperform the Nocs by 3C and are $10 compared to the Nocs $27
