I accidently reset my BIOS

Hey, this morning I was getting up and accidently pressed the reset button instead of the Power button ( I have a HAF X case and ROG 3 extreme) and now it says i have made hardware changes or something and that I have to put in a windows disk. I don't know what to do it's frustrating me and aaaaa god it sucks.

Was your computer off when you pushed the reset button? How did that reset your bios?

That shouldn't have happened just by pressing the reset button. Was the PC off or in sleep/hibernate mode?

It was off at the wall, no power was going to it.
