Solution

Your best bet is to look up benchmarks of games your concerned with with the graphics card you have chosen. The processor is good enough that you won't have to worry about that holding you back.

When it comes to the monitor or TV you are using you need to know the resolution not the physical size of the screen. If your screen is full HD or 1080p they are referring to 1920x1080 screen resolution. There is a possibility your TV is only 720p or if it's a bit dated it may still be 480p, these will give you a less quality image but your performance in game will be pretty good because your graphics card will not need to process very much.
