corsair vs650w psu decent?

I would not go with that. I would get a better psu. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171093 this is a tier 1 rated 80+ gold. very good, very clean power delivery, and very reliable.

It is an OK budget unit at best, depending at what market you are shopping there are may not many better alternatives. It will handle your setup.

Could you lead me to a decent suggestion that doesn't cost a complete bomb? It's just I've gone through 2 psu that weren't exactly cheap, or stressed

Corsair TX, HX and AX series, Antec has many, XFX are quality units and so on even some newer Cooler Master units. More a question what is available in your market area.
