Seasonic S12II Wont Work

Okay, I built my computer today, waited about an hour because I thought it was going to blow up, got past that stage and I plugged in the thing that turns on the PSU and flipped the switch, it did nothing. It wont turn on, I hear nothing moving, what should I do?

Power Cable plugged into live outlet ?

Switch on back of PSU in ON Position ?

24 pin cable plugged into MoBo ?

8 pin EPS and GFX card cable plugged in ?

Tried paperclip test ?

I mean the one in the picture on the link above .... there are several ATX 12volt cables, I am speaking specifically about the EPS or EATX "Extended" cable that plugs in next to CPU

For my motherboard its called ATX12V, I think were talking about the same thing though.

Have you plugged in the switches that are on the case to the proper motherboard headers?
Also, try the paperclip test. Take the 24 pin motherboard connector and disconnect all other cables from the PSU.
Insert one end of a paperclip or a wire to the green cable and another to adjacent black cable. If it turns on, then it means you haven't received a dead unit.

did the paperclip test and nothing happend, already sent it back
