Hello there everyone, and today I'm going to ask you a question,
I've been researching a lot about computer mice, due to the fact that I ordered a corsair m65, and I've seen that a 6/11 sensitivity in windows is a 1:1 with the mouse, thus being better for some reason. So when I looked at mine, it was at 4/11. I am using 1800 dpi, and 119% sensitivity in my game, (not sure if that matters) So basically my question is, in order to get a 1:1 ratio from mouse to system, what do I have to turn my dpi down to when turning windows up 2 notches without sensitivity change? Please do correct me if I don't know what I'm talking about
Thanks!

Okay guys, I just got the mouse so I really wanted to search, so I searched for a really long time, and found my answer. I had been on the thread before, but just never saw the stuff. The thread (http://www.overclock.net/t/173255/cs-s-mouse-optimizati...) shows what the increments in windows sensitivity do to the mouse sensitivity. In the section 1.2, it says
"0.03125
0.0625
0.25
0.5
0.75
1.
1.5
2.
2.5
3.
3.5"
Which mean for every step that you put the increment up, it does that. So in my case at 4 increments, or 0.5 as said above, all I need to do in half my dpi of 1800, which would be 900. I hope this helps anyone that ever comes across this.
