: 27% complete. It seems to be stuck and was wondering if for some reason it was just taking a while or if it really is stuck and where to proceed from here. When I looked this issue up I found many different answers so I wanted to ask for my specific case. If anyone has any answer as to why this is happening OR anything explaining what you believe my computer is having trouble with in general I would be extremely thankful. I know a decent amount about the basics of the hardware and software but please speak as if to someone new to these types of things as I have never done this before. Thank you very much.
