Hi, I'm not the best at picking out PC parts, and would like some help. I have a strict $700 budget (I already have the OS). I would like this to be SEMI future-proof. I would also like it if it would be able to run games like Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3 and 4, and Skyrim, at at LEAST medium to High settings.

Thanks!

Thanks! By the way, I replaced the power supply with a Cooler Master Elite V2 - 550W Long-Lasting Power Supply and got everything you metioned on Newegg and got 5$ off. Do you know what resolutions and settings this rig will be able to handle with the games listed above?
