Can somebody build me a $500 - $600 gaming PC? The only gaming I will do is League of Legends and I am planning to record and video edit it.

Do you need to buy an OS? Also, what type of video editing? What about keyboard and mouse?

For video editing, I'm going to use Sony Vegas Pro. Additionally, I will not do extremely fancy editing

I focused it more on CPU rather than GPU because you video edit and you will want a great processor.
