Which gaming pc do you think is better?

Hello everyone just wanted one last piece of advice on which gaming pc out of these two you think is the better one Thanks for any helpfull advice it is truly appreciated.

#2 it has more GPU power, an optical drive and everything else is the same except for the case which both are good so that is a negligible detail. #2 if it fits into your budget.

Edit: Just noticed the difference in motherboard, I still would say #2, but you might be able to find a higher quality motherboard for around the same price.

Can you name a few motherboards that might be a bit better then, And would it make a huge difference or just a minor one?

Intel vs Realtek LAN configuration

Like the MSI mobo has 8 pin CPU 12v
Same amount of PCIe x16 slots
Same SATA configuration

downsides:

no PCIe x1 slots
