I would recommend G.Skill RAM, and you would only need 4 gbs RAM.

That's all ^_^

Do not use that mobo, the vrms will overheat. Buy a better mobo, such as the non LE version of that board.

In games, if you overclock this processor, you will have better performance than an FX-8320. This list, compared to yours, has a better hard drive, power supply, RAM, and motherboard, as well as an aftermarket cooler to keep your processor cool if you ever plan to overclock it.

The G3258 is an excellent processor for it's price, if overclocked, in single-threaded games, it can perform as good as the i7-4790K, which costs $300~.

Lol, what? A g3258 cannot beat a 8320! And no way can it possibly be compared to a i7. A Fx 6300 can smash this cpu. Even if the pentium used hyperthreading it still wouldn't be able to beat a 8320. AMD 8320 is much easier to oc than that pentium, and you would get the same ghz but with more cores, but the 8320 wouldn't even need to be oc.

The g3258 is a good cpu...But even a 6300 will smash the $70 pentium

False, the pentium g3258 is one of the easiest to overclock cpus on the market and can smash any amd CPU with its single core performence. There are almost no games that use 6 or more cores, games are just now starting to use 4. You cant compare ghz for ghz because there different architectures. But, in this case, either cpu would be fine since the 750 ti would be the bottleneck and not the cpu. Buying Intel makes it much more future proof.
