Hey guys! So this is the first time I made a pc and I need your help! So I have around 400-500 budget for parts. I already have the Case and PSU so those DO NOT COUNT.
Here is the PC part picker: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KLMwCJ
I've done ALOT of research and I think this is good. NOTE. I dont really want Micro ATX because I wawnt to build off of this in the future but what ever you guys say I might take into suggestion. Anywhere to save money would be fabulous! Also The OS does not matter, I have an OS already that I bought a few weeks ago.

I plan on Overclocking the CPU to get out more powa!

That rosewill cooler is garbage and worse than the stock AMD cooler. Since you plan on overclocking get atleast the hyper 212. Also you can pretty much plan on replacing that PSU in a year when the cheap capacitors fail(they have a high failure rate). I made some changes, added a hper 212, a motherboard that will OC better, faster(and cheaper) ram, and a faster video card.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($98.98 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill...

Sorry, but I was pretty sure the FX 8250 had a "k" in it but I guess I was mistaken. And I am not trolling, if I was trolling I would be posting random jibberish everywhere. Anyways, you should get a different power supply, but you will probably not take my advice anyways.

I apologize for this Misconception. :)

Also @bignastyid I dont think I could do that because It passes my budget too much. How does the Rosewill cooler suck? I am curious because it looks efficient enough, But hey, I dont know much about this obviously :p

It's one of those coolers for processors that come without any fan. Anyways, AMD chips release more heat, so you should buy a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO fan.

That rosewill cooler is only rated for 95w the stock amd cooler is rated for 125w. Your build is only $4 less than what i posted and that extra $4 gets you a better cpu cooler, faster ram, and a better video card.
Here is your build with the psu, case and os removed.

Oh! Sorry I had a Combo that cut out around 30 dollars of the build and made it under 500. Now it makes more sense. Do you have anything that could make it a little cheaper and / or any Combos via Amazon or New egg? Its greatly appreciated man..

The only socket am3+ matx boards have the 960g chipset and they are just about worthless. They have very weak vrms and since you want to OC they should be avoided.
